Our Factory Production capability

Doors are produced in-house, from sheet cutting and bending through welding, core
filling, frame assembly, surface finishing and final inspection. Producing in-house is
what allows us to build to a customer’s exact opening size instead of forcing a standard
size onto a non-standard opening.

Production Steps

1. Sheet Cutting	Cold-rolled or 304 stainless sheet cut to the leaf and frame dimensions for the order
2. Bending & Forming	Leaf and frame profiles formed on press brakes
3. Welding	Frame and leaf perimeter welded and ground
4. Core Filling	Rock wool, aluminium honeycomb or polyurethane foam installed and compacted
5. Hardware Fitting	Hinges, lock body, locking points and anti-pry bolts fitted
6. Surface Finish	Brushed, mirror polish or fluorocarbon / RAL coating
7. Inspection	Dimension, squareness, operation and finish check before packing
8. Packing	Foam corner protection and freight-grade carton
